The old postbox stands by the entrance to the Fransham forge, gallery and museum > http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1264021. This is the place where William Crane in 1865 started out to become one of the biggest trailer makers in England. Fransham forge presently also incorporates a gallery and a museum and produces fine English forge work for the house and garden. The museum is open Monday - Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
