The Aston Hill Viewpoint with the Aston-Martin Monument

This viewpoint provides a view over the Vale of Aylesbury, although the height of the trees hide nearer features and the more distant need a clear day to see them. Between 1904 and 1925 this was the site of the summit of the Aston Hill climb – where cars were pitted against the steep slopes of the Chiltern Escarpment.
