A crisp, clean, unashamedly modern, intimate, secluded, well-maintained housing estate from the early 1960s. It is the most agreeable piece of the baffling jigsaw of development on Cliff Hill. The row of houses on the right is a continuation of those in Cliffe Way, seen at Image These too have monopitch roofs (very '60s), the street frontage being 3-storey.
