Black Mountain has two triangulation pillars. This is the northern pillar at a height of 390m. Below in the distance can be seen Belfast with Belfast Lough stretching out beyond. The pillar has been damaged - the flush bracket has unfortunately been removed and there is slight damage to the spider. The flush bracket that was here was numbered OSNIBM 3057.
