This part of central Leamington Spa has seen several phases of development but the economic downturn has brought that to an abrupt halt. These buildings had been derelict for many years and were about to be renovated when work stopped - so suddenly that a saw has been left embedded in one of the roof rafters. The back wall of the building on the left has been virtually removed and the roof has gone on the other buildings. One can only hope work restarts before fatal deterioration occurs.
