This view, from Cuthbert Bank Road, shows the City Lofts St Paul's Tower under construction. When completed it will be the tallest building in Sheffield, finally 'overtaking' the University Arts Tower. The building in the right foreground with the curved roof is the Mecca Bingo Hall on Infirmary Road.
