To quote from Box Architects “Retention of a Victorian facade is married to a modern version of the same to complete this important urban block. A glass penthouse level knits the two together and adds a lightweight top to the forty apartment development.” The building is at the corner of Ormeau Avenue (left) and Cromac Street. The original building (left) had been vacant for many years and was a first-class eyesore. A pleasant blending of old and new.
