As traffic approaches the bridge that once carried the Rugby - Leamington railway, motorists are faced with a plethora of signs warning them about the construction works for the Rugby Western Relief Road. Completion is promised for Autumn 2009, but the latest press reports suggest that full opening is likely to be delayed by a year.
