The mine itself is in a different square, but here we see the point where the conveyor rises to cross diagonally across a road junction. The discharge end of the conveyor is visible in Image Two tall industrial chimneys are also visible in the distance, these were part of a glass bulb factory. They were demolished in August 2009 for more industrial units.
