A brook cuts into a field near Borough Green

At one end of this field near Borough Green, the brook is just a trickle and the footbridge (just off picture) isn't really needed but by the time the stream reaches the other side of the field it has cut a gorge 10 metres wide revealing pipes and other subterranean structures. This picture doesn't really convey the visual impact of this strange scar in the middle of what would otherwise look like a normal field.
