A Voyager unit at Carnforth south. The power cables spoil this picture. Behind are the private sidings now owned by West Coast railways which was once the Steam Town shed. The coaling stage can be clearly seen in the distance. Carnforth shed was the last working steam shed on BR and shut when steam finished on BR Aug 1968.
