A crowd of spectators has gathered on Regents Road and the top of Jacob's Ladder to watch Tornado, a new A1 class steam locomotive, leave Edinburgh, bound for York. The black plate beneath the name reads: "Peppercorn class A1 No 60163 Tornado was named by HRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall on Thursday February 19th 2009"
