This pub lies next to the canal in Leamington Spa old town and yes, it is that colour, no Photoshop involved. At one time there was a threat to redevelop this site into flats but that seems to have receded (due to the recession?) as the building has had some recent renovation work, although it is still a little rough round the edges.
