Bingfield Combe Cottage http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bingfield was originally built as a cart shed for Bingfield farm (about 500 metres away). The cottage was built to store carts and farm machinery. This holding used to be a single large farm (approximately 1000 acres), but it is now two separately owned farms separated by about 50 metres. The large shed which is visible is an instance of agricultural diversification, and houses B and D Nuts and Bolts.
