Fordham Heath

Fordham Heath was common grazing until 1965 when an act of parliament “gave” the land to Eight Ash Green Parish Council. The land is a registered village green, as well as ancient rough grassland and damp heath there are sports pitches and coppiced woodland. This photo was taken from the car park looking across the cricket pitch towards the pavilion
