This patch of wood chip on the ground is all that remains of this beautiful tree. Image] Image] Image Enfield Council seems to be on a mission to remove any tree which isn't completely perpendicular. True they are planting some new trees, but existing trees are lopped to identical shapes like something out of a children's book with no branches allowed below a certain level.
