Outbuildings behind this Victorian cottage suggest this might, until quite recently have been some kind of small holding. Adjacent fields are uncultivated at present. The roof of this building appears to be late 20th century. Planning application has been made for demolition followed by erection of six five bedroom and six four bedroom detached dwellings, with an associated access road.
