Roll of Honour

This Roll of Honour to the memory of local men of the Great Western Railway lost during the Great War has been renovated and replaced on Leamington Spa (General) Station. It was unveiled by Pete Waterman who, whilst not managing pop stars, has a keen interest in railways including particularly those around Leamington and Coventry. In August 2005 he agreed to become the President of the Friends of Leamington Spa Station http://www.railwaypeople.com/rail-news-articles/waterman-befriends-leamington-800.html. The support for the curtains used during the unveiling ceremony can still be seen above the case.
