This sign shows the path to Ludgershall's newest tourist attraction, the Roman Villa at Lambourne's Hill. This bridleway sign is at Biddesden Bottom, near Ludgershall. The Castle Primary School in Short Street, Ludgershall, had a Roman Villa "talk" to celebrate this Roman Villa on 29th January 2009, The talk was given by Margaret Bunyard from Wessex Archaeology, and was arranged by Donna Pearce, who found reference to this site on an OS map, but local people never knew its existence... Until now...
