One of the main routes in and out of Ramsbottom is Bury New Road seen here after a night of heavy snow. Taken at eight oclock in the morning drivers on their way into work struggle with the hazardous road conditions as they climb the hill. To say that this is a main bus route gritters were few and far between on this day.
