Track from Auchlossan to East Mains

In centre of this view, from summit of Hillhead to Newton track. In the middle of a drained glacial lake bed, East Mains is often surrounded by flooded fields in winter. These are used as roosts by migrant Greylags between October and March. Their calls could be heard all around as this photo was being taken.
