Taken on a winter's evening just before dusk in January 2009 this was the scene on Market Street in Edenfield during heavy snowfall. This road was previously the main A56 trunk road between Bury and Burnley until it was downgraded to the B6527 in May 1978 with the opening of the nearby Edenfield Bypass. Image Image
