This cottage used to belong to my great grandmother Katie Edwards nee Berryman. When she died in the late 1960s at the age of 104, the cottage was taken over by longtime tenants and family friends who are still the owners. It used to be just a single story I believe, with typical low ceilings, the present owners raised the ceiling and whilst at it they added the second floor. There is a spring fed stream running through the garden for nice clean water, this little stream used to power a tin stamps further down the valley.
