Part of the new New England Quarter built on the site of the former steam locomotive works. The houses on the right have been built along the top of a former retaining wall of the factory, those on the left are part of the campus for Bellerbys and Embassy CES colleges for overseas students wishing to enter the British university system. The road itself travels northwards then u turns back to the station on the other side of the campus.
