The photograph on this page of On the edge by Bob Jones as part of the Geograph project.
The Geograph project started in 2005 with the aim of publishing, organising and preserving representative images for every square kilometre of Great Britain, Ireland and the Isle of Man.

The two ducks seem to be debating whether or not to follow the drake. "It's safer here on the ice". This is the duck-pond, near Risby church, where the sheltered water near the hedge has thawed, despite an air temperature of -3C.
