The photo shows the Worcestershire County Council building of "Wildwood". The building is also the HQ of Worcestershire Primary Care trust (PCT). The photo was taken from the raised embankment of the edge of the adjacent Countryside Centre, this raised area also forms the top of the playground slide (just visible on left of photo). Since the photo was taken on a Sunday during the Christmas holidays, the shared car park in the foreground is busy at the countryside centre end, but further away, the area used by Wildwood is completely empty.
