1-3 New Road

The black & white building is known as 1-3 New Road. It looks a bit out of place, being stuck between two buildings of very different date and style, but at least it has survived, although much altered and even re-sited since it was first built around 1572. It has been both a public house (Hop Pole Inn) and a bank, but is now used for other commercial purposes. More details and a different view Image
