One day someone will take a photo of the Right Hon Lord John Douglas Montagu Douglas Scott born 13 July 1809 died 3 Jan 1860 without fancy dress, but new year's day 2009 isn't the day. The annual transformation is the source of much advance speculation. My expectation was of Igglepiggle or Makka Pakka, but it appears to be Bob the builder.
