Watergate House is on the corner of Watergate Street and Nicholas Street Mews. It was built in 1820 by Thomas Harrison for Henry Potts, his friend. From 1907 this stylish building was the headquarters of Western Command, the initials ER above the door representing Edward VII. Western Command left and Watergate House is now used as offices.
