Situated on a plateau above Chipstead Valley (to the south) and the steeply rising Banstead Woods (to the east), Perrotts Farm is also much frequented by walkers using public footpath Banstead 44 (as well as permissive paths through Banstead Woods) and the more occasional horse rider and cyclist using bridleway Banstead 46 (which passes through the gate to the right).
