A detached residence, regarded as a classic example of 1930’s Modernism, with little alteration to its original Art Deco features. Sunpark was designed in 1935 by Melville H Aubin. Based on a Daily Mail Ideal Home Exhibition House, no other houses were built on a proposed Modernist estate here.
