Donkey Brae - Aberdour

Brae: a slope to the sea. The 'Donkey Brae' looking down toward the harbour from near the end of Hawkcraig Road. Each year the 'Donkey Brae Run' is held during the annual Aberdour Festival around the end of July. For fun and serious runners, 2-mile run, 7-mile run. Part of the run features this gruelling uphill section in the latter stages. Details here: http://www.aberdour-festival.org/
