This closed down towards the end of 2005. The extension on the right had already been let to Peacocks clothes shop, and the supermarket out of sight to the left became Mackays clothes shop. The Peacocks building has rather nice arches with decorated tympanums over the first-floor windows. The car park is on the site of a Methodist chapel.
