Taken at 12.10pm, and anyone familiar with Chester will know that this photo could only have been taken on Christmas Day without any cars in view. The former church of St Mary's on the Hill is on the left, with Thomas Harrison's range of court buildings in the centre. The statue is of Queen Victoria.
