The signpost on Manchester Road Image near the site of Hyde Colliery Image points to "Over Yonder" a place-name which doesn't appear to be marked on any maps of the area. It actually points towards the towpath of the Peak Forest Canal Image On the opposite side of Manchester Road can be seen the entrance to Auto-Masters Engineering Works. This has since been totally demolished.
