This post office is towards the southern end of Charminster Road shops. It has many cosmopolitan neighbours, having become the heart of foreign student accommodation; you can have Cantonese, Thai, Turkish, Indian meals among many other nationalities. The post office serves a rather large area, since the closure of Image ½ mile or so to the north at the end of October 2008. Nevertheless, the queue was not all that long this Saturday morning and I waited only a couple of minutes to be served.
