By the side of the road running through the village is one of the many black and white cottages in Wellington, between Hereford and Leominster. Quote from an information sheet in the porch of the nearby church, "Timbers from trees in Norman England roof its ancient church and timbers cut in Shakespeare's England strengthen the walls of the old farms and cottages."
