The grassy field at Falside Farm; the Holstein-Friesian dairy cows grazing on the grass; and the recent addition to the scenery here, the St Andrews Farmhouse Cheese Company building. It is claimed to be the only place in Fife where artisan cheese is made from home farm produced milk. The building also houses the 'Butterpat' coffee shop. In the background, the Isle of May.
