What at first glance seems to be just a JCB digger, is in fact a permanent memorial mounted on a plinth, resulting from the "troubles"; it is located at the border. In fact, to the casual eye nowadays, the only obvious indication that you are "north" or "south" are the road signs. A close-up of the plaque is here Image]
