New fencing at Porthgwarra

There is quite a lot of new fencing around Porthgwarra as grazing has been increased to attract Chough, which has been successful. To preserve the scenery and access fences haven't been put along the clifftop, so some cows have fallen into the sea, which is unfortunate (and expensive to retrieve).
