This business now named County Clothes, in the High Street, has changed considerably since first opened as a menswear shop by Thomas and Blodwyn Davies in 1901 but it is still in the same family. Four generations down the line, its latest spin-off is called The Pink Cat, selling 'fun items' on the internet: the name originated from when a thunderstorm turned a white cat pink!
