Church House is the administrative centre of the Diocese of Wakefield. Situated at No.1, South Parade, it is a grade II listed building. The 204 parishes are the primary area of the Church’s work in the Diocese. Parishes are assisted in their ministry by a number of resource teams that are based here, and provide the necessary backup for diocesan officials and clergy, as well as conducting all the central finance and administration work of the diocese.
