Situated next to the old Exmouth Harbour, this would have been full of old salty sea-dogs at one stage no doubt. Nowadays http://www.thebeachpub.co.uk/index.html will be more likely to see the residents of the apartments around the new marina that replaced the harbour just to the left. But wait a minute, who's that outside...?
