This is a futuristic looking block of apartments. Many of the buildings along The Esplanade are apartment blocks. In the past, no doubt, the road would have been fronted by grand hotels. Today Bognor Regis, as a seaside resort, seems more popular with day trippers than people wanting to stay for several days. But there are exceptions, such as the huge Butlins Southcoast World holiday complex.
