Standing beside the A689 in upper Weardale, this now derelict premises was a thriving petrol station in the late 1960s and 1970s. It also sold new and used cars, and was owned by a Mr John Hodgen. The indications are that it has also served as an agricultural vehicle dealers at some stage (information supplied by Stephen Reed)
