This fine building was built in 1902 as the Stocksbridge Works Institute ... later renamed as the Miners Welfare Building ... and since 2110 as the S.T.E.P. (Stocksbridge Training and Enterprise Partnership) Building. That blessed Communications Aerial has 'sneaked' into the picture again! Image
