The Family

Paul Magretts' sculpture "The Family" was commissioned and donated by MAB (UK) in 1994 "The Year of the Family" and unveiled on July 24th 1995. It is a 3.5 metres high sculpture (plus plinth), forged and fabricated in mild steel, zinc weather protected and finished in a graphite black paint. http://www.sculptureinmetal.co.uk/familysculptureashton.htm In the background is the Clock on Market Street Image and the rebuilt Ashton Market Hall due to be reopened at the end of November 2008.
