An eco carpark light

This car park light is fitted with a solar panel and a wind turbine. I hope they are for real. All the power from the solar panel and most of the power from the wind turbine will be produced when the light is not in use so must be recharging batteries. The fitting also appears to be designed to throw all its light downwards rather than contributing to light pollution.
