Next door to the Fire Station is Newton Grange EPU (Elderly Persons Unit). This picture shows part of the EPU and the attached Community Laundry on the right. One of Sheffield Community Transport Minibuses is waiting to take some of the residents out and about. There was an original Horner House on and around this area of Stocksbridge, with the last known occupants being Harry Newton and sons. Image Image Image
