Eglwys St Beuno Church, Aberffraw

The first church was established here in the 7thC by St Beuno (later Abbot of Clynnog Fawr Image). During the medieval period the church was a royal church, with Aberffraw being the site of the main court of the Princes of Gwynedd. Parts of this medieval building survive in the present church.
